Appearance: Rich amber colour, very oily
Nose: Classic sherry aromas of dried fruits (raisins) and spices (cloves/cinnamon), freshly cut grass, stewed pink lady apples, roasted nuts and an intriguing floral note reminiscent of rose petals
Palate: Oily and well balanced texture with good acidity. Sharp gooseberries, pink apples and pomelo peel cut through artisanal toffee, brown butter and Scottish shortbread before a finish with rich Swiss milk chocolate and roasted coffee beans. The delicate scent of a rose garden in full bloom lingers
